Telekom Austria – Introduction
Telekom Austria once had a dominant position in Eastern Europe; however, the company was not able to build and execute the appropriate business strategy to defend its market share. More importantly, today the company suffers from strong foreign competition in its home market which doesn’t make this company very attractive from an investment point of view. More speculative investors may consider this company for its involvement in various Eastern European companies.
