Energy sector update

Unlike in past economic downturns, oil and gas companies are expected to outperform in the coming recessionary environment thanks to exceptionally strong industry conditions, healthy balance sheets, and relatively low sensitivity to oil prices at current elevated levels. We would expect these favorable conditions to prevail well into 2024.
