The provider of CRM software provider is appealing a $2 billion jury award to competitor Appian related to Pegasystems’ alleged theft of trade secrets.
Based on comparative and precedent analysis, it can be expected the award could be largely reversed and possibly overturned completely. We expect this to be reflected, if it occurs, in the 4th quarter 2023 or 1st quarter 2024 figures.
