Sigma Lithium

Sigma exploits in Brazil, Grota do Cirilo which is hard-rock lithium project. The company is projected to start production phase 1 of 270,000 metric tons (MT) annually and in a later stage an additional 531,000 MT will come online. Upon completion of the base work, the integrated operation of the deposit 1 and 2 deposits is to produce battery-grade, high-purity lithium concentrate. It can be expected that under full utilization ratio, Sigma will potentially become the world’s fourth-largest lithium producer.
