Vodafone – Introduction
Vodafone is the largest telecom provider in the UK. The company has a European wide business (Germany, Italy, Spain) as well as in Brazil and India.
The company maintains a stake in Verizon Wireless of about 45%. This exposure provides about 60% of adjusted profits. This share has been put up for sale and there are negotiations going on in respect to this with Verizon Communication (VZ).
